Kabbalah teaches that the spiritual presence of the Tzaddik continues to bestow those who seek their intervention before the Heavenly Throne On high, with blessings and good fortune. This is particularly true of the “Tzadikk of a Generation”who’s wisdom, vision and leadership continues to very much affect the landscape of Jewish life all over the world. 

According to Jewish law, a most propitious time to pray at the resting place of the righteous is just before the High Holidays, when we seek Divine grace and goodwill for the coming year.
